Whether they want to be outside, active and connecting face to face with their friends, or exercising whilst safe at home, Empower360 has an option to suit your teen. Teens can choose from outdoor Teen Bootcamp, Virtual Bootcamp, or Hybrid Training. All of our Virtual Bootcamp sessions are live-streamed so teens can be active, feel confident and connect with their peers from the safety of their own home. We provide a space where they can celebrate their successes, whether they're fitness related or not. An Empower360 Bootcamp is more than just another fitness session. It's an opportunity for teens to connect, find their tribe and be supported physically, mentally and emotionally. It's a place where teens get to set and achieve goals and know we're cheering them along every step of the way!

 

AT EACH SESSION, WE WILL:

Focus on Fun! With game based fitness drills 

Provide a specialist teen trainer with a current Working With Children Check

Celebrate each achievement no matter how big or small

Offer a supportive, team environment where teens will leave on a high!

WE WILL HELP YOUR TEEN:

Have fun, whilst developing their strength and physical fitness

Improve their mood and energy levels

Gain more confidence through setting and achieving fitness goals

5pm Virtual Teen Bootcamp

4:30pm Sports Conditioning Gannan Park Ryde

 

Friday
