Empower360 Fitness offers kids and teens the opportunity to simply be more active, happier and confident. We celebrate their successes, whether they’re fitness related or not. We provide a safe, supportive environment where teens develop self confidence and resilience through setting and achieving goals. We also offer the opportunity to connect face to face with their friends away from devices. Once you’re an Empower360 Bootcamper, you’re part of a community of kids who will lift you up, cheer you on and have your back no matter what.

Teen Bootcamp

A fun, interactive and engaging workout that has teens connecting with each other whilst developing strength and confidence. We kick off on a high with a ‘pride circle’ where teens share an achievement, receiving support and encouragement from their teammates and trainer. We’ll then play some warmup fitness games before moving onto the main body of the workout. Each session is different but over the term will include a combination of bodyweight strength training, light weights, functional strength, HIIT and cardio.

Bring out your inner bossbabe in our ChickBoxing session. Using the basic boxing combinations and drills, combined with bodyweight strength moves, teens will learn how to train like a fighter without ever getting in the ring. Chickboxing will leave you feeling empowered confident and energized!

Sports Conditioning

Join our specialist Sports Conditioning Coach for a class that will help teens develop strength, speed and agility. Teens will work on specific fitness outcomes with their coach so they can move faster, with more strength and control in their chosen sport.

 We understand the upfront cost of kids activities can be a burden on families. This is why all of our memberships are charged weekly via direct debit meaning no massive outlay of funds at the start of term. There’s also need to rebook each term as memberships are automatically paused for the school holidays. An initial once-off joining fee of $10.00 is added to the below
