3 minute, 4 ingredient Raspberry Sorbet

It’s hot, the kinda hot where everything sticks to everything and you’re just DYING for an icy cold treat. Cue this super easy and crazy quick Raspberry Sorbet to the rescue! Seeing it’s gluten free, dairy free, vegan, completely fat free and really low in sugar there’s not an ounce of guilt to be had.


2 cups frozen raspberries

1/4 cup coconut water

Juice from 1/4 lemon

1 sachet stevia (optional)


Throw everything in a food processor and blend. It really is that simple!
